Order Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume seasons or sales, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery time will depend on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–7 business days (U.S. orders)

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Shelly’s Natural Beauty is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
